PRE-ORDER POLICY
What is a Pre-Order?
A pre-order gives you early access to upcoming styles before they officially arrive in stock. When you purchase a pre-order item, it means the product is still being manufactured and is not yet available in our warehouse.
Please check the product page carefully before completing your purchase to confirm whether the item is marked as a pre-order. Delivery times for pre-order items may differ from our standard shipping timeframes.
How Long Will It Take to Ship My Pre-Order?
Production times vary depending on the item. In most cases, pre-order items require approximately 15–30 business days from the date the product is published or purchased.
Once the item arrives at our warehouse, your order will be dispatched within 3 business days.
Please note that if your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the pre-order item may be shipped separately.
Why Do Delays Sometimes Occur?
The manufacturing process involves multiple stages of production, quality control, and processing. While we work hard to meet all estimated timelines, unexpected delays can occasionally occur.
If there is a significant delay with your pre-order, our Customer Care team will contact you as soon as possible with an update.
Can I Cancel a Pre-Order?
Yes. Pre-orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.
If you change your mind within this period, please contact our Customer Care team to request a cancellation.
After 24 hours, cancellation requests may no longer be accepted because production and fulfillment processes may have already begun.
However, if the estimated production period exceeds 30 business days, you may request to cancel the pre-order item and receive a refund in accordance with our policies.
Can I Change My Shipping Address?
Yes. If your order has not yet been dispatched, please contact our Customer Care team as soon as possible to update your shipping address.
Once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes to the delivery address.
